I can't praise Gaslec highly enough. They respond immediately to any queries and sent someone around at very short notice when our boiler stopped working. When fitting a new boiler, everything went very smoothly. The fitters arrived on time, did a thorough job and left everything neat and tidy. Their customer service is excellent.

First time using Gaslec for a gas boiler and gas fire service and I was impressed. Paul at gaslec is a top bloke, if you're looking for an honest tradesman - definitely go with gaslec. I was looking to get underfloor heating but he explained very articulately that it didn't work with current boiler setup and I should install a rad for £200 instead. Definitely will be using gaslec again going forward.

Wow, everything went right - when does that ever happen!
I am very impressed by the service I have received - Jack carried out a gas boiler service - he arrived on time, and answered my questions without making me feel stupid.

Resolution of an intermittemnt fault!
In short, we had an intermittent fault with our shower. There was a difference of opinion between the shower manufacturer and Gaslec as to what was the cause. Gaslec came out and found the fault in the "mains board". No extra charge. Professional and friendly. Very pleased to have a working shower again!

A young man serviced the Worcester boiler and he was quick, efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Gaslec again.
