I have recently had surgery and the shower not working was a nightmare. Gasway were responsive, quick and efficient. The required part was ordered and fitted 2 days later. Kevin explained everything clearly and was professional and knowledgeable. Brilliant service. Highly recommend.

Richard Daniels came to fix my parents boiler as an emergency today. They are in their 90's and 80's and have both recently had surgery. They had no heating or hot water and Richard was wonderful at repairing it with speed and efficiency. He was so lovely and helpful and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him and my parents will definitely use him again. Thanks Richard!

We've not had hot water, Gasway were sent out via my Insurers. Richard came this morning and fixed it. He explained what had happened and has left me very happy (and now clean!). Richard was professional, friendly and very respectful of our home. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We recently had an issue with our boiler controls, we logged the issue on Friday quite late in the day and a visit was arranged for Monday.

The issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes by the engineer Dave A, who had the part on his van which we needed.

Dave was professional friendly and I would highly recommend him and Gasway services.

Mitchell castle cam Friday on a last minute call, found the problem and had to put in for the repair for the next day, went above and beyond and couldn’t ask for any think more from a service or engineer… very professional, found the problem straight away, had not had heating for 3/4 days, he left heaters for the nite and the heating was all sorted the next morning, friendly, chatty, in n out fast and also found the parts, collected them and done the job all with in an hour or so. 5* highly recommended. Very grateful
