Excellent replacement, installation and service. The new boiler is awesome even the spare bedroom is warm!

The new smart thermostat is great.

We are very happy!

Gaswise was recommended by a neighbour when the main panel failed on our very old and obsolete boiler. Chris came over, looked at the boiler, did some checks about a replacement main panel (I already knew that it wasn't happening) and worked out a quote.

They sent 2 engineers and then the electrician. Chris followed up and explained how to use the thermostat.

They are not the cheapest but using Gaswise has been terrific value for money.

This business has been just outstanding. They have provided my elderly Mother and I with advice and support for several years. I live a long way from my Mum and they have always been available to help me with a prompt response when required. Their engineers are always on time, polite, efficient and they get the job done. They arrive when they say they will and their work is honest. I would not hesitate to recommend this company - they really are first class.

Our oil boiler went down 10ish days ago - had a well known company come out and say "nothing's wrong with the boiler, need a plumber"? Called GasWise as I had a strong feeling that I'd been fobbed off by the prior company. They came the next day, found what was wrong with the system within 5 minutes and replaced the part and got the heating back up and running within 24 hours of calling them up and was cheaper & quicker to come out than the other company! Didn't manage to get the name of our engineer but as an engineer myself I must give credit where it's due. Top class & fast service with good prices. No complaints whatsoever. Will be booking them in for a service very soon!

We had an old warm air system that needed replacing and most companies wanted to just rip the house apart to install a wet system with pipes everywhere. I think this is just what most UK companies are used to installing. We were keen to stay with warm air which we really like, but wanted to update and improve the system to better serve an extension to the house. The guys from Gaswise worked with us and listened to what we wanted to achieve and came up with proposals of how best to achieve what we wanted. With mods to the plumbing it turned out to be a combination of standard boiler and warm air heat exchangers with mods to but using the existing ducting in the house. Install progressed on time and to plan and the guys were great in talking to us as works progressed to install everything exactly how we wanted. Great standard of work and the team kept the house clean and tidy as they went. With the cold weather here, we’ve found the system is working brilliantly - highly controllable and hugely more efficient. The move to a combi boiler has vastly improved water pressure and the showers too. Ours wasn’t a straightforward install and upgrade, but the guys brought their experience to give us a system that suited what we were after and that works brilliantly. Highly professional outfit who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Many thanks!

Mark from GasWise visited at me at my home - I am disabled, and the reason was to explain a highly complex new heating system to me. His engineer who only had a level 2 plumbing qualification, had (unsupervised) used my washing machine's evacuation system for a boiler they installed. He moved the machine out to do this, disconnecting the water taps. When replaced, only one of the taps and hoses were connected affecting the machine cycles / clothes coming out sudsy. Mark insisted it only ever had one hose and one intake (for cold water). I asked why it would have had 2 hoses on two taps then? (and asked why the machine isn't rinsing properly now) - he went off on one, ranting about how his engineers wouldn't remove the hose, or radiator caps (seven had been left off), implying I had done so. When I spoke to him he childishly was looking all around the room, refused to make eye contact, tried to turn tables because I had asked him not to shout at me. I called him out on his rudeness, so he walked out without replacing caps or explaining the system - again, passive-aggressively attempting to make out I was at fault. Hideous, ghastly experience - very upsetting and frankly Mark needs to ask Siri 'What is Decency'?

Had problems with my mums central heating coming on even when thermostate was turned down. and water over heating. Gas wise was very helpfull diagnosed faulty three way port valve and replaced. they turn up on time and quickly. Good price for the work. Thank you gaswise will definitely use again.👍🏻

We called at 08:00 in the morning on the 30th December. Before 14:00 our heating was up and running. The fault I reported was not the problem. Nonetheless Wayne the engineer chased round King's Lynn to lay his hands on the right part.
I can not fault the team at the office who found a way to fit us in.
I can not fault the engeneer who went above and beyond to help us.
This whole experience was a pleasure when it could have been so much worse.
Gaswise has now been booked to service our system in the spring.
