Been called from a 0800 number apparently is reachout what works for scotish power have a attitude when ask about bill if is my account due to not agreeing to bill issue dates what first was agreed trying to force direct debit when was void back in may 2021 numerous bills each month not just one bill each date is numerous bills gaps in bill what have not been issued & have been payed not calling when requested when card is void doesn't allow direct debit to call me back not to send email no phone call put on a tariff didn't want because know would have been changed to a more expensive tariff what did happen due have even charged me £71 after one week when transfered from utilita the excuse was because people left early since debt apparently applying hardship unexpected recieved a call someone mentioned name was from hardship asking to many questions If was in other debt tax ect been nosey what is none of there business when mentioned the 0800 number found gci solutions was don't know when questioned about scotish power had a attitude asking name reading terms asking if was my account I refused to admit was my account not admiting to any that scotish power had controll of forcing debit charging what want whatever date wanted me to pay a bill asked if reach out was gci solutions was don't know attitude changed again demanding strictly saying if didn't pay bills will be sanctioned after when said system shut down scotish power keep calling from africa or random o800 numbers sending enforcement txt spamming emails harassing over £150 or £250 debt automated txt enforcement actions debt collectors has follows what was found 08000612194 is a freephone number.

I have had some 0845 numbers for ten years plus with GCI and their predecessors. They charged a pittance which I queried several times.
With no warning or explanation they cancelled the numbers and it took me several days to find out that they wanted loads of money now to re-enable them. None of their staff seemed to understand either the urgency or reasons it had happened.
Needless to say I have moved my business away in spite of having to change numbers - to a better supplier at half the price.
Don't deal with this lot unless you are desperate.
