I’ve used Gecko for new boiler/fitting + central heating system. They also service the boiler yearly. Very professional and easy to get hold of/fast response. The prices are also very competitive. I highly recommend them. Great service all round.

We had gecko out when a previous firm broke our boiler doing unrelated other repairs and were unable to repair it without suggestions of simply replacing bits until it was fixed. Andrew spent hours on the phone to the manufacturer and retired engineers to find the source of the problem (As our boiler is so old the schematics have been archived!) and repair it.

When we first phoned to ask them to take a look at our issue, Jamie called me back after closing time to make sure someone could come out the next day to get our hot water back on. Him and the rest of his time are polite and reliable and I would 100% recommend them.

Recently had an air source heat pump installed by the Gecko team. Great experience from start to finish, spoke with jamie initially who was very knowledgeable and always at the end of the phone for any queries I had. The install team where polite and very tidy workers, they explained what was happening throughout the instal. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating requirements and will be using them in the future.
