If I was able to give them 0 stars, I would. I have been waiting for over a year for repairs. Even when they do arrive, they are unable to complete the repairs, either due to a lack of parts or simple incompentcy. Giving them even one star is too generous. How camden council ever allowed such a company to work for them is a mystery.

The worst company to speak to or get information, over 2 weeks ive called 5 times , all agents promised me a manager or team leader to call back , not ONCE have I received a call , it's been 2 weeks without hot water or heating and its officially winter ! No compassion, no urgency and no empathy ! How camden are working with them ? If this was housing association it would of been fixed in 2 days , my parts still on order 2 weeks later, and still no help ! One of the agents told me to book a hotel !
If only these reviews actually do.e something , but they don't, they have the contract and couldn't care less , look how many 1 star reviews they have , they have turned me into a Karen, thinking about raising it with local MP , I'm not this type of person but it's winter and no heating fkr 2 weeks !

Would give zero stars if possible.

After months of waiting, they finally installed the "ventilation fan" for our bathroom, only I come home to discover they have literally just fitted a plastic cover on an empty hole in the vent shaft.

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I ever met a group of incompetent, unreliable, unprofessional, inconsiderate bunch of people. If you need any repairs done, please be prepared to wait at least a month, because it’s clearly a toddler in charge of this whole ridiculous operation.

This company is awful. Customer service say they will call you and never do. They hang up on you. Send out contractors with no parts to complete the job.Different stories from different agents. Have no clue how Camden gave this contract to GEM. They leave vulnerable people with no heating and hot water for weeks on end without any explanation. AVOID.

Booked a gas check on a Saturday stating that it needed to be between 8-10 as mother is in hospital and I need to see her. Not arrived and unable to reach anyone to see what is happening. Would not recommend

Rude and unhelpful office staff. No one returns your call when they say they will 5 times this has happened. 7 weeks without heating and counting.
Information on the system is not updated.
So you continually have to keep repeating everything over and over again.

How Camden Council awarded GEM this contract is beyond me - the person responsible for awarding this contract to GEM should be sacked without there rosey pension, just looking at GEMS reviews should be clear to a blind man how incompetent GEM are - poor customer service from Josh, Jordan and Jenny, you cant get through to a manger, they are in hiding, bad communications in the office, get 3 different stories from 3 different service officers, not caring, no idea when parts are due to arrive, liars and have total contempt to there indirect customers 10 out of 10 Camden council for providing us the poorest service providers you could find
