We used Genr8 for a repair to an existing solar system and an upgrade to a battery storage set up and I have to say they are brilliant! From start to finish kept us informed of what was going, very neat and tidy, work carried out to a high standard. Always had time for any questions we had during and after the install. The service I got from Genr8 was absolutely brilliant. Jamie and Grahame really know their stuff—they didn’t try to push some off-the-shelf, overpriced system on me. Instead, they took the time to figure out exactly what I needed and we agreed on a 7.5 kW inverter, 20 panels, and an 18 kW battery system.

From start to finish, these guys were fantastic. I didn’t have to chase or manage anything—they just got on with it. They even went out of their way to fix part of my roof, which wasn’t even their job. It’s so rare to find contractors like this.

Whenever I’ve called for advice, they’ve picked up straight away, which is such a nice touch. The system’s been running perfectly for two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Jamie and Grahame were also super clean and tidy—took all the rubbish away too.

These guys are in a different league to the big companies. You’re not just another number to them; they genuinely care about their work and their reputation. Communication was spot on the whole way through, and it’s obvious they’re pros who take pride in what they do.

We were so impressed with this company and would readily recommend them to anyone else considering solar. The information shared was so useful, honest and relevant to our needs and both before and after installation, Jaime has always been happy to answer our many questions. During the installation process, I was also really impressed with how friendly Jaime and Graham were. I felt totally at ease with them coming and going and accessing the various parts of the house. Furthermore in the interest of saving energy, they even turned the washing machine off for me when it finished!

I used Genr8 Energy for the instillation of a new inverter and storage battery to my property. During the whole process I was kept fully informed on all aspects of the instillation. The work was carried out on time, within the quoted price and carried out very professionally with minimum disruption and everything was left clean and tidy.

We would definitely recommend using GENR8 if you are thinking of having solar panels fitted. They were a pleasure to deal with from answering questions and doing a full survey up front, right through to continuing to answer queries post installation around the software platform. Jaime and Graham visited to provide advice, then supplied a prompt, highly competitive price for 16 panels and 2 batteries. They kept me informed and installation was quick and easy. I've already save £3k in 1.5 yrs, so panels are a no brainer if you can afford them and I would highly recommend GENR8 to supply and fit them for you.

Genr8 did a great job on replacing our inverter at a really competitive price, and also diagnosed and fixed the problem with a burnt out solar panel. Friendly and fast working, I cannot recommend them high enough. Local too.
