Staff in the shop and the staff who do home deliveries are always willing to have a chat and are very knowledgeable about the products. Had an issue with a couple of our appliances at home and we were seen very quickly and the issue on one was resolved within minutes. Unfortunately one was broken but the price of a new part was given to us within a couple of hours. Excellent service.
