The audacity this woman has to just sit on her chair and get paid for nothing, not even responding like a human and wouldn’t let me collect my parcel for 2 days in a row due to “technical issues” well FIX IT THEN, I don’t have time to come in everyday. Its not my duty to come and fix it to you when you can barely even do a simple job. Never seen worse than this service

Really disappointed with this Post Office. I’ve visited three times recently and each time has been frustrating.

On my first visit, the staff member was unfriendly and made me feel completely unwelcome—it felt like I was an inconvenience just for being there.

I work 9–5:30, so I tried to go in on my lunch break, only to find they close between 1pm and 2pm—right when many working people would try to visit.

I then went on a Saturday (the website said open 9–1), but there was a sign up saying they’re now closed weekends.

The opening hours are totally unsuitable for anyone with a standard job, and when you do manage to get served, the service is cold and unpleasant. This place really needs to rethink both its customer service and accessibility.

I only go here because it is conveniently located. The lack of customer service from the staff makes me sick. The person who served me this morning managed to do so without opening her mouth at any time. It is so often the same. I guess they get paid whether or not I get a good service. Is "hello" or "good morning" too much to ask?

Absolutely useless, unprofessional, unfriendly people work there - they have zero intention of helping, make no effort and act like everything is an effort. These people clearly hate their lives and take it out on customers.

Got there at 12.57 in a Saturday. They close at 1pm. Very rude lady tried her best to get rid of me. What do you want? Paying in a cheque simple enough. Then tells me no envelopes as though I'm supposed to know that. So didn't get to pay in. Avoid this place

Went to pick up a parcel 11:00 Saturday morning to find the Post Office isn't open Saturday's, despite the opening hours down online. Completely wasted journey.

Awful. Since it's changed hands, the post office might as well not be open. The incompetence behind the counter means they can't use Evri services......and then the close early on other days. Avoid

had a very disappointing experience at this post office due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude and a complete lack of customer service. I was made to feel like a burden for simply trying to send a package. It’s unacceptable for a public service to treat people this way. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behaviour of their staff.
