Calm hotel in calm area of Hannover.
As vegan, I appreciate quite good vegan choices for breakfast! This is very unusual in Germany.
The hotel is taking care of sustainability, using eco-certified cosmetics, and bio food for breakfast.

Tea&snack corners in the corridors are nice to have during the day.
Rooms have a little kitchen with a refrigerator.
The room is perfectly clean.

Rooms: the price is a bit high for what they offer.
Service: a lovely trio of young employees made my check-in very comfortable and they gave me good tips on the city!
Location: a bit of a walk from the S-Bahn, which isn't lovely when you're tired, so often reliant on e-scooters.

Great place to stay, rooms are basic but clean and you have everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Kacper at the reception and the restaurant staff doing an amazing job to keep this massive complex running. The hotel is huge but you don’t feel it at all due to its design and beautiful greenery surround it. The food in the restaurant absolutely amazing and reasonably priced. Lot of vegetarian and vegan options. Thank you for making my business trip pleasant and ability to relax in hotel sauna was the icing on the cake.

This was my 2nd time in this hotel and i could say that beside 2 or 3 friendly receptionists , all others are so unfriendly , arrogant and unhelpful. On every of my regular questions they answered like they dont care, with very short reply, without even checking. Rooms are just basic and not very clean, breakfast is ok, location so far away from main things. I would never stay there again if my company didn't pay as it was my business trip. Not worth of money, i recommend you to look for another hotel

Room and location ok. Trash bin was not emptied after last client and was smelly. I can't recommend their restaurant. Service was awful and food mediocre. Didn't feel like trying the expensive breakfast after bad dinner experience.

Rooms are big , clean and warm. The beds were very cozy. The furnitures and decors look a bit dated. Though the breakfast area was quite modern and busy. The only downer is that parking was a bit hard to find as the area around is a bit dark and not marked.

It is a terrible place because it is so expensive but offers so little!!! Breakfast was a joke and chef was kind of rude! Restaurant was too small because so many people were at the breakfast at the same time. We waited 30 min just to get in line. As it happens it was 3 of us and we rented one room with two beds and 1 add on. Third bed was just unacceptable quality and it looked more as a "field bed"! I am never, ever going to stay at this hotel again and I recommend everyone else that needs to stay in Hannover to avoid this hotel. Believe it or not, it is "so called" 3 star hotel

Everything you can ask for at this price.
The service was pleasant, easy and effective.
The rooms had what you can ask for, for this price. Renovated, new modern bathroom, clean, but a little dark (missing some lights).
Free private parking in the back.
The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is a little drive from city center.
The bar, located down the aisle of the reception, close to park entrance is nice and with fair prices.
