Interesting encounter with the van driver who works here. Clearly doesn't know the highway code. Not checking blind spot upon attempting to merge onto a carriage way, obstructing traffic flow on a motorway, attempting to undertaking & then proceeding to verbally abuse other road users for his/her/xir (Don't want to miss-gender anyone.) mistake. 2 questions come to mind, did said driver get their licence from Kellogg's? & Who is auditing your drivers standards ? They are failing.
