Air source heat pump annual service carried out. Good communications from head office. Engineer was very knowledgable of system and spotted a few things missed by the original vendor in previous services. Made a few suggestions to adjust control settings and system seems to be performing better as a result.

Great service, but VERY EXPENSIVE! I have had a 6-year relationship with Glendevon Energy, who installed and service my Nibe heat pump. Their service is excellent. Nigel, who is the engineer servicing our unit "know his stuffs" and does a great job. The only dissatisfaction I have is that they charge too much for the service. It's a pretty simple check each year, but it costs way too much!
