I came here looking for Nigerian food ingredients, especially our traditionally made roasted groundnuts I've been craving since my arrival in Scotland, and I wasn't disappointed. The groundnuts are a bit pricey at £4.99 for a 510g bottle, though I'm not sure by what metric anymore, as I noticed most brands' roasted peanuts sold in typical UK stores are also expensive. Back in Nigeria, our groundnuts, along with other food items, have inflated in prices, almost like Jake from subway surfers using a score multiplier indefinitely, but on grocery item prices since the past APC election victories. So, I suppose groundnuts/peanuts being pricey is the new norm.

Sidenote: Roasted peanuts sold in regular UK stores are annoyingly salty. I noticed that most British snacks are quite salty too, which is fascinating, though I assume that's what’s popular here.

Do see expiry dates first. They sell expired stuff. I bought this item today (8 Jan 2025) while it expired in June 2024. Realized only after opening at home.

Amazing customer care and the abundance of items make this store exceptional. You can find lots of Items from the Asian continent in this shop. If you are searching for chicken/meat masala or any other curry powders then don't wander around, just visit the shop and you will find all the required items. Apart from masalas they also sell glassware and other items used in the kitchen. Moreover different kinds of Parathas are also being sold here. The butcher shop is near to the grocery shop.

Great little shop with diverse collection of frozen and fridge items, both veg and non-veg. The shop could do with a bit more cleaning but otherwise it is frequented by all and sundry - a local favourite.

Amazing place! Gutted I only found out about this place! Has everything you need to make authentic Indian curries and more!

Be very careful with them they over charge us every single time we shop there. We told the cashier/ the owner so many time but he kept on doing the same thing over and over. We actually stopped shopping their because basically it’s stealing.
