Repeat customer - every time a drama with the rubbish Courier they use. Most times
not next day, then blag excuses by courier, and latest order delivered damaged by courier DX Delivery. Pity as Globe themselves always professional and polite. Need to find new Courier

The actual item I bought is good value but I won't be ordering from here again for my business. Promised next day delivery but was dispatched 3 days later with no email to tell me. No idea why they insist on using Yodel, a courier that delivers up until 7pm at night to send items to business customers. Currently on day 2 of chasing a parcel that they keep trying to deliver after I'm closed. Waste of everyone's time. Avoid unless you don't need anything urgent or love wasting your time talking to Yodel agents who can't help you.

We have purchased the House Moving Removal Kit No 2 (60 Cardboard Boxes + Packing Materials) and since we have started using them, they take so little weight and we cannot stack them. I have exchanged emails with the company who stated 'I checked your order details, In the kit you ordered all boxes are single-walled apart from 24x18x18 and the single-walled box we stock thickness is approx. 3mm and it can hold weight up to up to 6 to 8 Kg only depending the product we packed'. we have resorted in packing way less than that and the boxes still cannot take the weight.

don't waste your money on this product - better off paying a bit more but for better quality

Ordered several boxes for a house move and was very disappointed. Single wall boxes I ordered are completely useless - they are super fragile and given their size (length more than 60cm), I’d expect them to be much sturdier. Currently it looks like they are designed to hold bubblewrap only. I tried to get a refund but got no help from Globe Packaging to organise a return. I was told to use Parcelforce who wanted more than £45 for objects more than 1m long. Terrible experience, really could do without this during a move. I recommend other customers like me to just use Amazon.

Globe have improved a great deal over the past couple of years. The service has been fairly faultless with no picking errors that I can think of. Packaging quality can vary a tiny bit but generally is fine. A vast improvement on few years ago when the customer service was...not the best, and we started looking at alternative suppliers. I can only assume someone took the business over?
