Absolutely fantastic service! Dave was speedy, professional, and so helpful from start to finish. He explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what was being done, and the quality of his work was brilliant. Dave came to fit a new boiler which he recommended after our old one failed safety tests. He was assisted by Kane and together they completed the task.
Dave is very knowledgable and from the quote to completion it was a 5⭐️service. I am not an easy to please person as I expect perfection and that is exactly what Glosgas delivered.
Dave has excellent communication skills, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.Goes that extra mile to make sure everything is done to a high standard. In addition he gave some very helpful advice regarding our shower.

Great service from a knowledgeable heating engineer. Contacted on Thursday afternoon, arrived Friday lunchtime. Resolved problems with heating/hot water system. Nice guy, explained everything to me in detail.

Boiler went out with a bang on Saturday so called Dave. Help arrived first thing Monday morning but boiler was certified dead. Now Tuesday night and have a fully installed brand new Worcester with a 10 year warranty. Very pleased at the professional and efficient service. 11 out of 10!

I cannot recommend this company enough! Dave was courteous and understanding of what I needed doing. He was quick and efficient and left each area clean and tidy. I contacted Dave first thing this morning (8am) as my boiler was showing an L2 fault (wouldn’t ignite) Dave advised me he was on annual leave today but would pop round and suggested 3 potential faults that could be the cause
Provided a price for the parts and the labour and was with me (after collecting said parts) by 10.30am

Was fixed within about 15mins

Dave gave me an explanation of what all 3 parts did in the boiler, had great comms and showed his gas safe badge upon arrival.
He was polite and courteous and advised that a friend would be supporting his business whilst he is away. Would highly recommend.
