We have used Greener Plumbing both at home and at my salon. Service is amazing. Really cannot fault them. They have installed a completely new heating and pressurised water system at home and sorted out the boiler from the Amityvile horror and installed water supply to my salon having to drill through concrete flooring. very well managed and very pleasant staff and owner. Amazing service. My boiler broke, leaving me with no heating or hot water. They came out the same day and rectified the problem, keeping me fully informed the whole time. Lovely friendly and professional service!

Don't ever, ever use this company! They are dishonest and incompetent! I asked them to give me a quote to check my gas appliances, especially the gas fire as it was not working very well. I was given a quote. An engineer carried out the checks; he looked at the heater and told me it was working fine. When I turned it on at night it chucked out even less heat than before. The company called and told me I owed them a lot more money than they had quoted. I told them that the heater was still not working properly. I was told they would send out an engineer to have another look. I asked if I would be charged even more, but was assured this would not cost any extra. He came and the heater worked OK. However, I was then called and the bill had gone up by another huge amount. I queried this. Today I received a county court judgment for more than 3 times the original quote. I never received an invoice nor did I receive a claim form from the court as I should have done.

Nice polite people and company. However having been chosen to advise, supply, fit and maintain a new boiler with thermostat controls and radiator adaptions they have shown an inability to solve problems; indeed to even care about problems and certainly not take responsibility. We chose them even though they were the most expensive company we looked at.

I am delighted to report that i have used Greener plumbing and Heating, i'm guessing, since the day they started trading. I am also delighted to give a five star review without any hesitation. Trust me I am not in the habit of writing five star reviews all the time. Oli and his team have undertaken various works at my home and also at my business premises. I only have thanks to offer and praise to award. Great work, on time, on budget with a smile. Does it get any better i ask myself? Probably not! Sorry to say but we have all come across horror stories in the building and allied trades. I have nothing negative to report ref Oli and his team. All the best to Greener Plumbing and Heating.
