I am so impressed with Go Geothermal that I have to add more to my last review. It is not often these days that you get to speak to someone who is knowledgeable in the products they sell. Before I came across Go Geothermal, I have called at least 5 online companies to get some very basic information on the heat pump I wanted and I was ready to buy, none could give me an answer, not even Vaillant office themselves. It was a real battle until I called up Go Geothermal, Liam answered all my questions straight away and it got better from there.

I ended up buying the heat pump from them the very same afternoon, I missed my 3pm deadline but I still got it delivered the next morning. I was impressed. It is now sitting on their rubber feet fixed down (not yet connected). It was like a dream. I can’t thank Liam and all those behind the scenes enough for being so helpful and efficient, which had made my life so much easier. Thank you again.
