From start to finish it has been a pleasure doing business with Go Greener Energy Limited.
The salesman, Alastair was both professional and courteous, not at all ‘pushy’. He gave us all the facts, full explanations and details regarding having Solar panels installed. We were so impressed that we decided to go ahead with the quote that we were given.
We received written confirmation including all the product specifications etc. No deposit was required and payment was to be made on completion of the installation once we were happy with everything.
I received a telephone call advising me of an installation date. The men arrived promptly and worked very hard installing 18 panels, a fuse box and the storage inverter all within the same day. They were very friendly, hardworking and very professional - again we were very impressed and felt they were all a credit to the company.
I had a phone call from Donna to check we were happy, who again was very polite and friendly and once I’d said we were happy then she sent the invoice for payment.
I would definitely recommend this company (In fact, I already have to a neighbour) without any hesitation.

What a fantastic company. Professional, attentive and delivered exactly what they said they would. Love my new solar panel system. The team that fitted it were friendly, efficient and kept me in the loop on everything they were doing. They were considerate of my home and my dogs and children and went the extra mile. Couldn’t fault them.

Fantastic service from the team at Go Greener. We’ve had the solar panels and battery system since November 23 now and so far we’re really impressed with the difference it’s making (especially coming into the lighter seasons). We’re also charging two electric vehicles and it’s certainly helping to reduce costs there. Craig was really helpful and knowledgeable when we were discussing our needs and what set-up would suit us best. No issues with the installation. Would highly recommend.

Alastair arrived promptly to deliver the information for their Solar products he explained the how's, where's, and benefits so clearly that both of us (elderly men ) had no problem in understanding him.
Unfortunately as this is a rented property the decision to not go ahead by the landlord was because he felt that at his age (mid 80's) he would not see the benefits. However the demonstration and information left us in no doubt that under different circumstances installing these panels would be beneficial, both practically and financially.

Excellent service from Craig with the initial quote, he was also really helpful in answering my questions. Jake who fitted the system was friendly, knowledgeable, got on with the job and cleaned up after himself. Wish all trades were like him. Would highly recommend.

Had a full solar installation and it works superb. Dealt with Alastair we was with with me throught the process. Always replied to my calls if I had any slight queries. Would recommend to anyone who is considering having solar panels.
