Go to Leeds worth the journey. Wakefield have the most unhelpful staff possible. 4 ignored us, seems chatting to friends at till and unpacking gloves is a lot more important than selling products

Called into our local store today was served by a young man called Marcus. He was very polite and helpful. He was pleasant and also made us aware of a BOGOF offer we weren't aware of. Great value for money

Very tired store, empty shelves and poor displays.

We regularly vist the go outdoors in Leeds, so we very disappointed with our vist here. The shop is looking very tired and worn. The products are all over the place and the shelves were quite bare. They didn't have what we were looking for in stock and the staff did not want to help us find an alternative.

The tent display was a bit scruffy and most of the tents were poorly erected. Most of the guys were tied up rather than pegged out which wasnt great as it was quite a windy day. Some of the tents also had holes. Ovdrall they looked likr they had bsen up for a few months but had been forgotten about.

Its a shame because there leeds store is excellent. We actually went there straight afterwards and the difference in the store and the service was notable.

Good selection of outdoor related items, at different price points. Pretty much everything and anything you might need for outdoor activities.

Sadly a very run-down store. As soon as you enter the car park there are hand-made signs warning you to avoid the very large pot holes. The carpet in the baby carrier section was completely sodden - presumably from some kind of water leak - and it stank of damp. The staff I came across were not friendly nor helpful - the one I spoke to acted as if I was ruining his day when I asked a question! I don't plan on returning

Utterly incompetent. Every time I do click and collect, I get all the confirmations, yet when I turn up they don't have it in stock. The staff are all dead behind the eyes, and helping seems like a massive task outside their job description. The till is always understaffed whilst the rest of the staff meander about the store avoiding doing anything.
