Delivery is always on or before schedule the driver is given details of how access our property so delivery is completed without any disturbance to us. It is an excellent trouble free service we highly recommend Goff.

If I could give no stars I would. Just had the worst delivery experience of my life and I have been having oil delivered (by Goff along with others) for over 30 years. The driver was unbelievably impatient, he gave my grandparents (who are in their late 80s) a torrid time with no concern for their lack of mobility or speed, naturally they are a bit slower at their age and they are both feeling humilated after the drivers lack of empathy. He was demanding, rude and aggressive. He refused to give his name. I hate leaving reviews like this but see no other way to contact the company. And at Christmas of all times.

Edit: Thanks for your response, Andrew - I can't see how to repsond to your message but hopefully this makes it through to you. The order was placed by phone to my grandparents address and so not linked to my email address. My Grandfather has called in and spoken to one of your team to explain what happened and voice his frustrations so hopefully you have a record of the incident and have already started an investigation. The delivery was to the CO10 5 area, and I'd be happy to share the full address via email, if you can send me your email address or another way to contact you directly. I have a photo of the delivery ticket as well.
