Took my 2018 VW E-Golf to GoinGreen after it stopped charging through Type 2 or 3-Pin connections. Dropped the car off in the morning, had a phone call with diagnostics result and repair by lunch and picked it up in the afternoon.

On pickup, I mentioned a separate issue I was concerned about which Alex and co looked at there and then, as well as pumping up my tyres.

All in all, super knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Would definitely recommend and will be using again if any issues arise in future.

The owner of Going Green and Hayes was absolutely incredible! He helped me get my Tesla Model 3 sorted out after it previously failed an MOT. He found there was no issue with my car and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. Everyone at the place was second to none. I'm very, very happy with their service.
