Extremely pleased to get my house wall insulation done through Golden Globe merchants ltd at first I got through Mr Rehan who smoothly processed my application and then was been dealt with Mr Rashid area manager who sent out this team Mr Mubeen Arshad who made sure all the works are done properly, also he would personally work at the property and made sure all the teams are doing best at their job. So we qualified for the Eco4 in October 24 and todate April 25 no work has started and neither have been contacted about the start date. Every time I ring I can't get through and it appears the company may have stopped working. Did hear that they need to fix some properties that were done incorrectly before they are allowed to start new projects. Can the grant be transferred over to a new company?

Golden Globe Merchants Ltd are the worst company ever that you could hire for your home insulation. They ruined our house completely it was a disaster hiring them from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to people at all. They don’t listen to the customer and respect their wishes at all. They are so strict and adamant. They ruined our driveway and also the roof. very unprofessional people.

Dealt with Mr Rashid for Solid external wall insulation and boiler change which was completed in time agreed in Leicester. All done perfectly and to an A grade standard. The guttering and gas lines were all moved and placed correctly and perfectly. Mr Rashid the manager was very approachable, polite, understandable and delivered on everything I asked. Would recommend golden globe to everyone. Outstanding service. Thank you
