It's always a privilege to visit one of the world's most innovative companies and spend some time collaborating. Google is a remarkable group of people doing remarkable things. Although they have several locations across London all are easily accessible.

Appalling service for google, they're making it harder to remain a loyal customer.
They've lost my new phone, tracking shows it never even made it to the courier yet I am told I must wait until the delivery window has expired.
Wasted an hour today on the phone to the so called support team, who where totally ineffectual.

Impossible to contact them. No phone numbers. No emails. No website. It feels like a ghost space except their lavish offices which you cannot access unless you contact them and you cannot contact them anyway. Such a big institution with zero communicatio.
Reviews are by staff or those who attend for conferences etc. No benefit to the public. Most reviews are actually rather poor. It's shocking. And they do not respond to those reviews.

A terrible vision of the "Big Tech" future that awaits us all. Claims to check reviews but seems to know better than locals when places are open or closed. Shadow bans for genuine reviews, accurate edits are not applied. Claims that 'all edits are checked for accuracy".

Love it! Adjustable desks, nice view on Buckingham Palace Road, great amenities and free food for the employees. Grateful to work in such an amazing office.
