I do like the nurces they're very polite. The only thing I don't like, is if you need to see a doctor and you don't have an appointment they don't guarantee to see you. So you have no choice and take a chance and wait all day to see your doctor.

Doctor Moe Auna- I don’t know what it is with doctors that possibly lose their passion or or maybe be overworked? But I just came out a doctors visit regular physical and there was no eye contact, acknowledgment, or plain human to human interaction.

I felt like I was being talked down to. I came in for a physical for work and each time the Dr. addressed me he didn’t look at me in the eyes. It was more sit there stand up and then when he left, he said stay here. Next thing you know that was the end of my visit.

It seem like he was in auto pilot. Maybe he wasn’t having the best day? but nevertheless, always try to give decent service to the community that’s all.🫤

I went in for my first initial pregnancy visit with my second pregnancy and I was shocked at the OBGYN Dr. Hong. I was waiting to be seen and the nurse came to my room and informed me that Dr.Hong doesn’t see patients with a BMI of 40 and higher, and he would see me this first time but had to change doctors for the remaining visits. I felt so uncomfortable during my ultrasound and could not concentrate on my baby because I kept thinking he didn’t want to see me in the fist place. During the visit he kept asking about my health and if I suffered from diabetes or high blood pressure ;which is normal but not asking a total of 4 times and answering the same NO. After he was done I asked the nurse as to why he doesn’t see overweight patients ;she looked and me with no answer, and I said is it preference she answered yes. Working in this profession should not be based of off preference. There should be no discrimination in terms of weight or looks for that fact. I shouldn’t have been dismissed just because of what a scale says yes I’m overweight but I’m not unhealthy and I’ve never had any problems with my health. It’s just sad I had never experienced something like this before.

PLEASE READ!!!!
The doctors and nurses aren’t bad. But I am extremely upset with the way they rip people off. I went for a physical for a job and let them know what tests were being asked for. When I got my results those tests were not done, and I had to go back. Not only did they make a mistake but they had the decency to send me a bill. Now what gets me even more mad is the fact that I went back to the clinic to get my blood tested again and not one person that I spoke to told me I will be charged a certain amount or NEVER told me I will be charged at all! And not only that but because of THEIR mistake it took longer for me to provide the job with that information and did not get the job! Keep in mind I don’t work and I called the manager of the clinic and let him know what happen and all he said was information I already knew and that I still somehow had to pay the bill. I am so mad because not only did their mistake cost me my job, they still want me to figure out a way to pay the bill and I will let you know it is not small. I will never return to this clinic, they will charge you for anything!
