As a Bathroom fitter myself you will struggle to find a better supplier than Grahams for continous consistent sales and service.The staff behind the trade counter are highly knowledgeable and friendly (you wont find a grumpy face in sight :). Julie the sales lady is knowledgeable, knows the product lines and has a great sense of urgency that you will not find anywhere else, which is great if youre running a business and working to deadlines. The showroom is updated as products evolve and you can definately get some good ideas by popping in and having a browse.

Shocking! All except 5 items of a large order were incorrect and we had to wait for replacements. Mirror door came cracked. Fine, they sort a replacement…… 4 weeks ago with no updates of when my replacement is coming. Try to ring the store and I’m either on hold for 15minutes or cut off because of there systems. Only positive is the guy that runs the shop called Paul.
