I recently purchased a bike from here last week and Vanden was my sales rep. Vanden is extremely respectful and patient. He is a very genuine human and made my purchase feel effortless. The sales manager Sean was also very respectful and gave me a great deal on my trade in bike. When picking up my bike, I went to the parts department to get some aftermarket parts (when purchasing a bike, you get a discount on parts). Jack helped me find an exhaust for my bike, he was very knowledgeable and patient (I'm indecisive). When finalizing my purchase, I was paired with finance where I dealt with Bregan. He had all of my paperwork ready to go and I was in and out within 10 minutes. He is also great to work with and was very down to earth.
This whole process was very seamless and went very smooth. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. I would highly recommend shopping here.

I would give this place a hard pass for service. Their staff is friendly enough, but poorly managed with terrible communication between the service writers and technicians.

I brought my step-son's Ninja in to have the front fork replaced. I also brought in a brand new front fender to be installed and box of hardware. I asked that the bike checked to ensure it was safe to ride. Furthermore, I requested they use my cell number and not call our home phone because I was going to be out of town.

My first frustration was when they repeatedly called the wrong number. I kept reminding them to use my cell because I was out of town and referenced the notes they made in their system. Every time I got: "Oh yeah, it says that right here...sorry". This happened at least four times causing delays in our communication.

When I came in to pick up the bike it wasn't ready for me so I had to wait around while they brought it down. Then I discovered they hadn't installed the front fender. Nobody there seemed to know anything about it. I left while they searched for it. A day later I got a call telling me they had lost it and would replace it, but the part was backordered for three months.

My step-son ultimately went to pick up the bike and rode it home. They didn't return any of the original hardware I had provided and apparently lost that too!

Later I discovered they hadn't even bothered to attach the brake lines to the front-fork they installed. They left the lines loose to hang down and rub on the wheel. I can't believe a technician/mechanic would ignore something like this. It's lazy and dangerous.

These guys are a joke.

Can’t recommend shopping here, they just want your money. I made an appointment to see a motorcycle and when I came the bike wasn’t ready, the thing wouldn’t turn one. It was tucked away back in an upstairs storage area. I was told to wait while they send someone to put a trickle charger on it. Ended up waiting for over two hours as I was passed around to the maintenance, finance, and riding gear departments. I was left basically just twiddling my thumbs walking around the dealership trying to find different places to sit and play on my phone. The only time someone would talk to me is when it was time to talk numbers. Honestly I should have left the minute the bike didn’t turn on. The only redeeming aspect of the dealership is the bike runs and I haven’t had any problems over the past 6 ish months.

Cannot say enough good things about Jacob Greenbaum. Very easy to work with and help me figure out what bike worked best for me, very responsive. Showed me numerous options within my budget and took the time to explain differences. Ended up getting an Indian Scout Bobber and love the ride!

Jacob is laid back but also a consummate professional!

If you’re in the market for a bike, def talk to Jacob at Grand Prix!

Brought my kids SSR side by side in because it it wouldn't turn over and these got me right in. Dropped off Tuesday and picked back up Thursday. They did a great job and didn't overcharge me. Also, they were super friendly and helped with everything I needed. Huge thanks to the service team and Brendan. I'll be back for sure!
