Excellent boiler service!
Last year, my neighbour recommended Boiler Grant Energy, Engineer Ben, to me for boiler service. I booked annual boiler service and hot water cylinder service. Ben was polite and professional and courteous. He arrived on time and effectively completed the job. Also, The price was reasonable.

This time, the hot water cylinder in my house had some problem. I contacted Engineer Ben for the cylinder examination. He did a great job and patiently answered my questions about the cylinder.

Ben came within hours of me reporting that I had no water (and didn’t judge me when he told me there were 2 stop taps and the wrong one was turned off!!). Dan came a couple of days later to replace a ball valve in the hot, cramped loft and also serviced my boiler. All very efficient. Really pleased with both Ben and Dan. Thanks.

Ben installed 4 unvented hot water cylinders in 4 new flats last year. A year on and he has just done the first service. The installation all went smoothly and he explained what he was installing and why from the outset. He is extremely knowledgeable and is certified to G3 regulations to fit unvented cylinders. We've had no issues over this year and the 4 services were done yesterday. He is prompt, communication is excellent and he seems to know his stuff. He is also solution based at reasonable cost, as I'll be working with him again on the next project.

Recently had a service done by Grant Energy. Very detailed service, explained what parts needed replacing and why and compared to recent companies that had serviced. I have finally found a company that cares about doing an actual detailed service to a very high standard. Thank you
