Super friendly and helpful company.
Went the extra mile to source the right Fiamma Brackets for my MK7 Transit.

When we realised that the brackets we chose (out of the two options) were for a H2 not our H1 they were once again extremely helpful and swapped the brackets over.

Will I use them again. Absolutely.

Avoid this company like the plague!
Problem with nomadiq bbq. I was accused of not cleaning it properly which I hasten to add I had very thoroughly. They were sending the trays back to me without replacing them. I then explained if this is the case I will return the whole item.
I have today received a partial refund. Not for the full amount.
Avoid this company they do not listen to the customer

Ordered a TV bracket for my Motorhome. I thought i Ordered the wrong one on line so I contacted the company the following day. I spoke to a lady who was so pleasant and informative. She measured me I had bought the right one. Item arrived following day. Fast delivery and top service. I will definitely try these before others for my motorhome parts in future. Purchased a maxxair roof light from grasshopper leisure , that arrived damaged , grasshopper leisure customer service is 2nd to none , they sent me out a replacement part that day , which arrived the very next day , would like to say thankyou ! I will definitely be using again

Phoneed to enquiry about a fiamma cargo back bag for our motorhome, a very polite and helpful lady answered, reassured me that they had the correct version of the bag, she said I needed to order online and would look for my order, excellent customer service, ordered it at 2.30 Monday afternoon, arrived next day Tuesday 12.30 , what a service , if I require any item again Grasshopper will be my first call, excellent,,,,, pity I could only give 5 star worth a lot more

I recently needed to replace a part in my campervan, but when I tried to order it online I had a problem doing so, my fault. I rang the company to sort it out and the lady who answered the phone could not have been more helpful. The product arrived two days later. Perfect thank you.
