We brought our 6th gen Charger that was sitting for a few years into Grease Diva Garage. After a new engine and other new parts, Shawn and Jennifer were amazing with every step of the way and are a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Grease Diva ripped us off on the private purchase of a car through their owners Jen and Shawn. We trusted buying from them as we interfaced with the business owners and “car experts” directly and thought we could trust their opinion on a vehicle for our teenager. We bought a 2007 BMW X3 less than 6 months ago from the shop owners after they assured us it ran great and already have to sell it for parts because of existing issues with the car they blatantly lied about and covered up. They were just trying to make a profit off and used our teenager’s lack of car knowledge against him for their own personal gain. They are dishonest and I will never give them a dime of our money for any vehicle we currently own or wish to purchase ever again. DO NOT trust these greedy and untrustworthy business owners for maintenance on your vehicle or a similar private car purchase under the guise of their expertise

I wrote a truthful and polite negative review on Google about my experience as a customer, then Jennifer emailed me and tried to force me to take down the review. Here is what she wrote: "Go ahead and take down the review. I would have to really embarrass you" Hum... what does that mean?
She sent me "screaming" and threatening emails until I blocked her.
She did find a way to remove the review, this is my second attempt at reviewing the garage.

I also left a review on Yelp to which she responded that, due to my behavior, I had been removed by the police that day. Not true. I reported this to the Frederick Police department and they will work with me to rectify this defamation. Then, she changed the garage information on the Yelp review using a false address and name to hide my review and, I would imagine, another customer's review that was also one star. I was able to contact Yelp to reinstate the correct information of the garage so that other possible clients have the opportunity to read about my experience.

Being bullied for sharing a negative experience is serious, not only does it crush freedom of expression but it perpetuates the behavior of intimidation.

Jennifer will go to great lengths to insure that negative reviews will not be read. This says a lot about one's sense of ethics.

I went to this garage because of a worrisome noise between the front wheels of my Tacoma. Shawn, Jennifer's husband, diagnosed that parts of the King suspension were damaged and that he should replace them. $2500.00 later, I pull out of the garage with the same noise. Shawn says "I am still glad that I changed those shock parts, they needed it". Hum... He tried to locate the origin of the noise once more without success and his temper reflected it.

It is a mechanic at the Toyota dealership who took the time to look for the problem and who found a rock lodged in the steering mechanism.

GREAT service and problem solvers. We also gifted our newest driver a seat in their CAR CARE CLASS and she loved it! They gave her tips, insight about her car and driving on the road. It gave her understanding and confidence for when she’s behind the wheel. How to check her oil, how to handle road side issues as a young woman etc. Plus, she will never fall for the “blinker fluid” joke with all they they taught her
