I came to this location because I had some spare time and needed an oil change. I normally use a local shop but it just didn’t fit into my schedule. The technician was nice and the service was quick. That part I appreciate. Paying $144 for just an oil change is insane. I normally pay around $50 for the same service at the local shop. Lesson learned. Speed and convenience come with a hefty fee. Just make sure you know what you’re signing up for.

It was my first time at this location, my husband sent me here and told me I needed an oil change. They were just so sweet, patient and polite. 10/10 would recommend even if you're clueless. They will help you. They have a nice scented little trees selection too.

Edit! Spoke with Jesse and he took care of it immediately after he found it

Service members were nice And was basically in and out which was nice. However.
They Did not have the gasket set in the right spot on my oil filter and it
Leaked oil all over my driveway.
Didn’t fill any washer fluid even though its checked off on their receipt.
And had to go a different grease monkey and today because they were closed to figure it all out. I’m livid and will be back wanting a refund

Fair price for full synthetic oil and a new filter. I should have asked if they would price match the coupon I had from Jiffy lube ☹ next time.
The techs were friendly and answered all my questions.

I went back on Oct 21/2024 and again the service was fantastic! I could make an appointment at my shop for an oil change but they are clear across town and I have to make an appointment and then leave my car! Grease Monkey is up the street from work and they are always friendly and fast. In and out in 15-20 minutes. They showed me my pleated filter and it was still clean, they didn't push me on buying a new one, just said it might need to be changed the next time. I appreciate the honesty. Great job guys! I will return in January

Very good customer service, how ever they stripped the bolts on my air filter box and didn’t tell me. Luckily i had turned down the offer for a new one. When my husband went to look at the filter after i got home he found that they had stripped the bolts.

Been here a few times, most recently after a major holiday. I was reluctant to have service done following a holiday where most people drink. The tech struggled to get the fill cap off because he was turning it the wrong way. I checked under the hood after getting home and found vice-grips sitting between the battery terminals. That could have caught my car on fire or fallen into the belts and caused a lot of damage.

A long time ago I learned a hard lesson about quick change oil service…. Guess I needed a refresher.

The people that work here are very nice but I can’t afford ‘little’ mistakes.
