Worst cleaning service ever. Overpriced for no cleaning service. On multiple occasions I had to complain about their service. They claimed to be cleaning for 2 hours but when I returned home my apartment looked the exact same. They were removed from the app my apartment building uses due to how bad their services are and how many complaints they had. I was invoiced for a service which I am refusing to pay due as no cleaning service was even done in my apartment!
I would not recommend their service at all save your money!

Avoid this company at all costs! Was very heavily pregnant trying to organise some cleans and it was such a headache. As other reviews have stated customer service is non existent and the cleaner did a terrible job which I raised and asked to be fixed on the next clean but it wasn’t. They do not honour the 100% guarantee on their website. Terrible company, do not recommend.

Impossible to get a hold of. No show on the date originally booked. To re book was mission impossible. Clearing staff arrived late, no apologies, did a rush job. Really questioned if they cleaned properly. Pretty useless from start to finish. No intention of using them again

Terrible clean. Rushed and didn’t do the job properly after we had paid for a deep clean to make sure the house was spotless as I’m 35 weeks pregnant and can’t do everything myself. Basic things like vacuuming or cleaning benches weren’t done.

Oh dear this company's organisation and communication is so terrible, it's pretty much Kafka-esque. I just emailed the owner 16 screen grabs of my communication with the admin team over the last couple of months to show just how frustrating it is as a customer. We've tidied our house so many times just to have the cleaners not turn up or turn up at our little one's nap time (which I have advised the admin team of 40,000 times now). The owner replied with the usual management speak of "we will implement systems to avoid recurrence of this" that I now see has been the standard response to others' negative reviews. He completely failed to address the fact that my last clean (stated in writing) was supposed to be half price because I'd been messed around so much with rescheduling and poor communication.

I had my first clean yesterday by green clean and the team were great it was a general house clean and I have booked them in for every fortnight now

We had our first clean with Green Clean last week and are very happy with the service. The use of eco-friendly products was a great drawcard for us, and the work carried out was great. We have a small child and our house is still feeling nice and clean a week later.
