I have been a customer of Greencloud for over 20 years and have recommended them to other organisations but not anymore. There was a decline in service and being caught up in the dreaded ‘service tickets’ over the last few years. A recurring issue with emails seemed to take longer and longer to resolve, in fact only getting resolved after insisting the matter was escalated to a senior member of the team. After another recent drop-in email service, I made a formal complaint as the issue was still unresolved after 3 weeks. The support team are unable to resolve the issue and asking us to do random things! It’s a level of incompetency which I had complained about that resulted in being served notice to close all our email accounts down in 30 days!
Customers are at the heart of every business, and it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but Greenclouds’ response to emails not working was shocking and patronising. I have since secured a new email host who have been a breath of fresh air. I’m saddened that after over 20 years of being a loyal customer I was given 30 days to leave for challenging poor service.
Look around for other email hosts so your business is not compromised.
