An appointment was made and paid for and the day came. Unfortunately the surveyor failed to show. A phone call chasing him up was met with he is on his way and we will get back. He didn't arrive and neither did a phone call back.
Three days of chasing eventually resulted in a surveyor arriving. He was very thorough and did a good job.
So I have mixed views on the services offered.
