Stephen came to service our boiler for the first time as we’ve recently moved to the area. He was prompt and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He stripped the boiler right down and did a great job. Highly recommend.

My Air Source Heat Pump had stopped working and we were freezing all weekend.

I contacted the installer and was told 5 weeks before someone could attend as they are not local.

I frantically posted on Facebook on the Monday morning and the very lovely Stephen rang me at 8.30 am on the same day.
By 10.30 I was back in the land of the living.

Stephen was the utmost professional, a firm believer in excellent customer service and his knowledge and experience with green heating systems is second to none.

I was so grateful for his prompt and efficient service ( he even phoned me the very next day just to see if everything was working as it should)
I have booked him to carry out my annual service due around February.

At last an installer and service engineer who fully
understands how air source heat pumps work and for the first time in 4 years I feel very confident in the operation of my heating system after Stephens advice.

Steve went above and beyond when installing our new boiler, even fixing existing gas line issues. he was very thorough and happy to explain what he was doing and why throughout the installation. We had previously used Steve to repair our old boiler and it was a no brainer to use his company when we wanted to get a new one. Steve replaced an old combi, a few radiators and installed a digital heating system along with new gas lay, utility room fittings and rerouting various problem pipes and shut offs. From start to finish he did an incredible job; hugely professional and meticulous in every aspect. Great communications as the project progressed and superb value for money. Highly recommended; couldn’t have asked for better!!!
