The Insulation team were fabulous! Arran, Graham & Carl were brilliant with my father explaining all that needed to be done. They were efficient, professional and just got the job done! Did an amazing job can’t thank them enough. They were swiftly followed by the heating team Matt, Matt and Michael, who were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, tidying up every night to not disturb my 94 year old father. The job was then handed over with a detailed explanation of how everything works and how to best use my new heating system and solar panels.

I would highly recommend using Green Improve to anyone thinking of getting the grant.

Green Improve Review

We recently engaged Green Improve after our central heating boiler failed, of course just as the weather turned colder and Christmas was looming..

We found them to be extremely responsive and as we are now in our eighties they very quickly sourced an appropriate boiler and assisted with improving our insulation on the house.

We cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at Green Improve who communicated well throughout the whole process, keeping us informed of progress. They were friendly, kind and made every effort to get the job done quickly.

It is appropriate to name the team with whom we had dealings because without exception every one of them worked so hard to ensure a quick solution for us.

They are Tom, Tony, Matt and another Matt plus John, Holly, Poppy and Beth and not forgetting Alex. We are very grateful to them all for all of their efforts on our behalf.

There are a couple of finishing off jobs still to be done post Christmas but we have every confidence that these will be completed in a timely fashion.

We had Theo, John, Sam and Jay that have installed central heating into the property in just a few days.

They were all very hard working and friendly. We have a very energetic dog that's excitable and they kindly worked around him without fuss.

We were informed about each stage of the work and given a walk-through of the boiler and thermostat including the smart app.

I really appreciate the communication from Poppy and how quickly I was able to schedule the jobs at my place. Alex did a great job with the cavity wall insulation, while electricians Scott and Teo worked on improving the extractor fans in my kitchen and bathroom. Scott also installed a core vent in the living room and six trickle vents in three bedrooms. I could see that all of them genuinely cared about their work. Alex spent a couple of hours patiently working and made an effort to clean up the dust, and while the windows got a little dusty with the orange dust, it was easy to clean the next day. Scott and Teo worked hard to keep the job tidy and ensure everything was done to a high standard without making unnecessary cuts in the walls for the cables. Poppy was incredibly organized and explained all the details thoroughly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I’m really happy with the work done!
