Apalling company. Do not touch. Really unhappy with both their conduct and the standard of work carried out. I've been trying to speak to Mr Lawrence Johnson for 6 months now by phone and by email as per the complaints procedure on their website, but he has not even acknowledged my complaint. I will now have to spend further time involving third parties to achieve a resolution.

I received a call claiming I was entitled to a discount for loft insulation through a Government fund as I was over 50. This company then called. They said they would carry out a detailed loft inspection, using a computer, and leave me a full report. None of this was true.

A man came to the appointment claiming not to be a salesman when he clearly was. He had no ID or business cards. I explained my loft has a problem with condensation and damp. He didn’t even enter the loft to do an inspection, he just stood at the hatch and used prongs to check moisture levels in a few places he could reach. He said that this foam insulation would cure my condensation and applied pressure sales techniques. He stayed for almost 2 hours talking absolute rubbish in a patronizing manner. He dismissed the discount code as rubbish and slagged off the salesmen who work at his firm – I did say how odd this was. He started at a price of almost £8,000 then carried out fake calculations until he got the price down to £1,400. I was clear that I would not buy from a company that employed pressure sales techniques and ridiculous pricing.

2 days later my fascia lifted revealing rotten wood. I had a reputable roofer out and a lack of ventilation in my loft is the cause of my damp issues. I need new fascias and improved ventilation. Foam would have made the situation worse and would have prevented the ventilation tiles I need.

He said he was called James but had no ID or card. He said it was this company and got me to check the reviews whilst he was here. I can call you if you’d like me to explain properly.

Had my loft insulation installed by Green Logic last month and waited to see the effects before leaving a review. The sales process was simple, the benefits and costs were explained clearly and the installation was completed quickly in less than a day. The installation guys were polite and helpful. My home was left tidy and after waiting a few weeks before leaving a review I can say its warmer, my boiler is on for less time and it stays a more consistent temperature too. Thanks you guys at Green Logic for doing a great job!

Green Logic contacted me and I agreed to have the loft survey and information about spray foam insulation.
The surveyor arrived at the agreed time and did a detailed survey and explanation on the product, taking time to make sure I understood everything and had all my questions answered.

I decided to have it installed, the work was carried out about a month ago. The team were polite and very efficient, leaving no mess once they were finished. Since then I have noticed that the house feels warmer and the boiler isn’t on as often or for as long when it is on, even though I have turned my thermostat down a couple of degrees!

For once I’m looking forward to getting my winter gas bill and I’d definitely recommend Green Logic Uk!

I had the LogicFoam Spray Insulation loft insulation and a new loft hatch installed 2 months ago and was very happy with the standard of the work. I have noticed an improvement in the warmth, especially on the top floor of the house. Lee and his team were very helpful and friendly, cleaned up after they finished. In all very pleased. The 1st phone call almost got my normal response to cold calling but this caller sounded interesting and did not get to pushy also I had herd of the product and was half interested but had thought it would be too costly.
The survey was done well answering all my questions.
Am appointment on a Saturday was also a deciding factor. The engineer was very polite and very clean and tidy.
Payment was easy over the phone and quick which I was pleased about as the funds I had ready may have got used if left in my account.
I bit early to say but the loft feels a lot warmer than normal for this time of year and draft free.

Only word of warning if you are having an early appointment on a weekend warn Nextdoor at least as a noisy generator running for a few hours may upset any plans for a lay in Green logic have told me they are slowly changing to less noisy ones in the future

Had my loft insulated yesterday the surveyor that came a week ago was very good with his explanations therefore we went ahead with the work.
The fitters arrived well on time and got on with the work kept us informed of the progress as they went along after they had completed the work they done a good job of cleaning up.

Very pleased. Have had my conservatory roof insulated and clad inside this week. I have always used this every day of the year, but the central heating bills are high because of that. Price of the job was reasonable and I am already noticing the difference. Not so cold in the evenings, so will definitely save money on heating. Started Monday and finished Tuesday. Job was neatly finished and the workmen cleared up properly.
