I have been in my role for a number of years with different companies and although they all have good and bad points this company the good far outweighs the bad.
I have been here for a few months now and so far it’s been a good experience.
High standards are expected but GM reward good members of staff and acknowledge family work life balance as it started out as a family run company.
All staff are friendly and welcoming and no issues to complain about

Green Machine look after our cleaning contract for us. They have done well in ensuring that they always have good staff to do the work and importantly they are rigorous in carrying out audits to ensure standards are maintained. What that means for me as a facilities manager is it's one task I don't have to worry about.
