3 stars is for customer service. Trevor who picked us up at the terminal was lovely. Ismail put through our car hire, he explained everything, and was a nice guy.

*Top tip* don’t forget your physical credit card. I had to pay for premium plus so I could use my credit card on my phone. Which is a bit of a scam because it makes no sense. How can I use my digital credit card to pay for a more expensive hire but not the basic hire? Weird
Total car hire cost £450 for 6 days.
For context i’ve hired a car from Hertz Glasgow today £170, 7day hire, using the same digital credit card/apple pay.

Staff are really lovely and friendly. They did what they could with the company policies the company have.

I really like Green motion rental it is not particularly fancy like hurts or Avis but it also doesn't have their corporate feel it is just a good quality rental agency a great prices Muhammad helped me yesterday and did a great job it was all very simple and straightforward and I got a great car. I actually got a flat tire this morning but Green motion put me in touch with the repair company and I'm sure all will be fine.

Cheapest I found, helpful staff - thank you Nadin and the gentleman I didn't catch his name who gave me my phone holder back when I forgot it.

Just keep their phone number handy so that you ring them to pick you up when you arrive, it only takes a few minutes.

Also, don't get a traffic ticket. They charge an admin fee of £68 per ticket just to let you know about it, which I find extortionate.

Green motion provides great service and staff are very helpful.
We got issues for holding deposit for insurance and hence had to buy full insurance with £41 per day, Ismail (station staff) felt our concerns. He seek his supervisor consent voluntarily upgraded our car, extended our drive hour to match our flight schedule and arranged shuttle bus during car return to catch our fight to compensate for us. Definitely, Ismail provided customer centric and friendly service to us.
Also, the car condition is new and value for money. Will rent from them in the future.

My third time using Green Motion just not at this branch. We were given a bigger car at a discounted rate. Staff were very helpful (bringing the car closes as we had an infant with us). The premium package is well worth the peace of mind.
An additional bonus was Trev the driver kindly took us back to holiday inn after we dropped the car off. This was brilliant especially with having a baby with us. Very very helpful. We will be using them again!!

They were a very friendly and courteous staff team at the Gatwick office. I found the whole car pick up and drop off process really easy to navigate.. even though it was nearly dark when I arrived. The staff explained how important it was to take photos of the car, in good light, the next morning and then report any issues to the address that they provided.
Michael, the duty manager when I returned the car, was particularly helpful. He insisted that the customer (me) be given the “benefit of the doubt” about a potential wheel/tyre issue .. and I did not have clear photos to prove that the scuffs were there when I picked up the car. That’s how you build customer satisfaction and loyalty, in my opinion. Thanks again to the Gatwick team!!
