An excellent company to work for and looked after well by the senior management team.
Regular breaks taken and care taken with all plants going out for customers.

Terrible factory, let's start with the fact that you are not respected anywhere , You should to work very quickly and if you don’t do it you will be kicked out, raised tone and shouted at people, complete bullying, lack of knowledge of English from employees, non-compliance with safety rules, not everyone wears safety shoes, complete discrimination and racism, Factory hierarchy and mockery of ordinary workers, if the employee is on contract and in the position above he can afford to smoke 20 times and make a break every half an hour, no respect from the main managers, dirt and continuous problems with each electric pallet truck (signal does not work, emergency stop, the steering wheel does not spin smoothly) There is no control and verification of these transport means, dead birds in the factory of which are problems with wiring, the whole product including flowers is not checked correctly and send anything, not the correct sorting of rubbish it is thrown together, I do not recommend this place where cheap quality products is used with cheap plant for make more money on hatred and disrespect by buying a cheap product from China. I strongly no recommend it for work and cooperation in the future!!!!
