I use Green Printing Solutions quite regularly through work and cannot fault the service at all. I usually deal with Lucy and a phone call from her can change your day due to the kind please the manner she portrays through the phone. Great deals are often available and sometimes the ink arrives the next day before I even get to work such great fast service. Highly recommend!

They were great until I had a problem with the quality of the ink that caused a big problem with my printer… told my usual rep at Green Printing what had happened - he made all the right noises saying that there must have been an issue with my cartridges and that he would get me a full set of replacement cartridges sent out asap etc! He said this was the least he could do after I was “such a good customer”!

The replacement cartridges have never arrived and I no longer get any phone calls from them!

I called the office on the off chance to see if they could provide me with an (urgent!) quote for a cartridge as I wanted to try someone local.
When calling, a lovely man called Ben answered, helped direct me to where the toner was located in my printer and which code they needed to help me order. Within 3 minutes I had an order placed, which under cut my current suppliers by £50, to be delivered by tomorrow.

Perfect service, that went above and beyond my expectations from the word go.

Will definitely be using Green Printing Solutions as my regular supplier going forward and could not recommend more.

We really like the people at Green Printing Solutions BUT their route from order to delivery needs some attention. On the last 2 occasions that we've ordered Ink we have been let down by a promise of delivery that didn't happen. The first no-show was down to the delivery courier and took a week to resolve. The second was due to the items being out of stock but no-one bothered to tell us. We had to chase answers to both of these orders. Both orders were promised for next day delivery. If you make a delivery promise either make it happen or let your customer know if there's a problem.
