Great service from start to finish. Rob has a very fact based approach to explaining the options, technology and the benefits of Greenteam compared to other more sales focused companies in the space. The survey and installation went smoothly and Rob came out again (on a Sunday) to trouble shoot getting the monitoring working. This was fixed the next day and the system is working well.

Robs team advised on and installed my solar panels and battery, advising on the best & most cost effective option, (not advising me to spend 5 grand more).

He then sorted me out an ashp and an a2a heating system.

They not only did a good job, but sorted out “issues arising” and also dealt with issues that arose with my car charger that was nothing to do with them!

They have become real friends and an ongoing support I trust implicitly. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Just want to say how delighted I am with my Solar installation!

From cradle to grave Green Team One provided an outstanding service, pre installation everything was explained clearly and no pushy salesperson trying to make a sale, Tom who carried out the pre installation survey spent time planning the best way to get the cables from the front top floor to the rear bottom in the garage area keeping visible cables minimal and neat, the installation was in fact very neat and tidy and the electricians updated me all along the journey. When the Solar panels were being installed, the engineer actually advised of a gap above the chimney that would look odd and advised that a panel would fit there, it was something we hadn’t considered and raises my maximum output from 7.05kwh to nearly 7.5Kwh. All the work was completed promptly, actually quicker than initially planned. Also when I found that my battery was not charging, the Green Team One back up service was first class, it was a simple calibration issue that they remotely carried out.

I repeat I am delighted and would recommend Green Team One to all my friends and relatives.

Everything about my interaction with Green Team One has exceeded my expectations.

From the very start, Rob was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to run through various combinations of systems with me, at a level to suit my understanding and knowledge. Rob gave me great confidence that the system would deliver on my aspirations, and this appears to be bearing out so far.

The installation was run by Tom, who was absolutely brilliant too! He seemed to absolutely love his job and was very proud of making the the system work from both a technical and aesthetic perspective. Everything is all very neat and functioning well.

Overall, I would highly recommend Green Team One to anyone who is looking for a solar/battery installation - top marks!

Given the current financial climate, especially the rising costs of energy my father has been extremely worried about our household electricity usage. I suggested that it might be worth looking into solar panels. I went to a site which compared companies and sent my contact details to the top 3 companies.

Rob from Green Team One was the 2nd of those three companies to do an assessment and quote. Put simply, the first company sent a salesman whereas Rob's approach was more like that of a scientist. Whilst still being enthusiastic about the job he was realistic in the challenges we would be faced with which was extremely reassuring to see. Green Team One offered a significantly better system for a lower price than their nearest competitor.

When they came to the installation it was excellent, I have never seen anyone work as hard as Tom and the finish of his wiring is just an absolutely unfathomable level of perfectionism.

The ongoing support from Green Team One is also top notch and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I do not normally bother reviewing anything unless it's to complain but I literally recommend these guys to anyone I meet who mentions solar panels. Honestly if you are considering getting solar panels on your house then go to Green Team One because they are the best.

Starting our journey into getting solar panels, My first contact was with Rob from Green Team One. Within minutes of the conversation starting, I knew that this was the company that would be installing the panels/inverter/battery system.
Rob was very knowledgeable and supportive of our position.
At no point, did I detect any sales techniques, he was just completely straightforward, logical and factual
This was not my experience with other companies that I considered.
There were a few practical issues running up to the installation - space was very limited for the scaffolding, these issues were overcome efficiently and effectively by the Green Team One Team and the installation started, only taking a couple of days.
Tom the main installer, like Rob, was immensely practical, foreseeing issues and solving them straight away or building the solutions into the plan. His attention to detail was second to none and I enjoyed his company for the time he was here.
The team were very respectful of our property and we felt fully engaged at all times.
All the associated mess with the job was cleared to the point that we hardly knew that they had been here, apart from panels on the roof and a few big boxes on the wall in an unobtrusive place

I would, and will, recommend Green Team One to anyone considering going solar in the highest and strongest terms - As Tony the Tiger says, ‘They’re Grreat!’
