Ali at Green Tec Electric Ltd was very obliging and promoted excellent customer care.
I messaged a few other sellers of the LED batten lights for availability for over a week without any response.
Ali responded within 5 minutes of me messaging him.
He had the items I wanted in stock and said he would reserve them for pick up the following day.
He was very courteous when making the transaction the following day and even helped me load the items into my vehicle.
I realised when I got home that I would have been better off with a longer batten so I rang him to ask if he would exchange them. He said he didn’t have the longer ones in stock but was expecting a delivery the next day. He promised to ring me when they arrived which he duly did. My dealings with Ali was a great testimony as to how to keep a customer satisfied. We exchanged the items and I am delighted not only with the product but also the customer service I received from him which included a good warranty as well as reassurance for the integrity of the product.
I have already and will continue to promote his business and products as well as his enthusiastic nature to family, friends and colleagues.
A very big thank you Ali and I hope to conduct more business in the future.

Like most the reviews here I too had a pleasant experience with Ali. Cheapest Hikvision CCTV in the whole of north west and next day delivery! Can't complain about the quality or service. Ali advised when the goods would arrive in an hours bracket and followed up to ensure all complete. Fantastic service, even working out of hours to ensure great customer service!!
