Extremely disappointed with Green Telecom and it's customer service! I am writing this as Managing Director of PSBK Limited.

We have been using Green Telecom with 2 of our companies for the past 3 and 4 years now. Over a year ago, we have upgraded the services for both companies; on the same day, for the same services; same amount of devices and exact same terms. After some month, one our companies have started receiving bills over 5X the amount as our other company (and what the contract have been signed for).
Charging for services that were never requested or approved.
Charging hidden fees (Fee's not on the contract, outlined in the fine print T&C's, that only appear on bills after 3 months - so after the term someone could cancel the contacts) - although we had the exact same fine print in the previous contract for over 2 years, where this hidden "maintenance fee" have not been charged.

Small amount of "goodwill" discount offered only; seems impossible to achieve anything else.
We have only discovered this November 2023; and it is yet to be resolved now in January 2024.
The emails conversations are starting to become comical - not that they were professional to begin with; as they only address one or two questions at a time, then "Close the case".
The time we have to waste by chasing them and repeatedly asking the same questions is ridiculous.

Now looking at putting forward a formal complaint to their regulator and seek legal advice to terminate all contracts with immediate effect!

I'm the managing director of Advanced Sheet Metal Engineering Ltd.
We are long term customer of Green Telecom who up until last week have provided an excellent service. On Wednesday 27th September our phone lines went down and as of today 6th October they are still down. As a business you cannot quantify the damage this has caused. They don't seem to care and blame Openreach for the issue. It's strange as we have the internet connected. Think twice about about using this company, the customer service is non-existent. If I could leave zero stars I would.
We will be looking to replace this provider as soon as possible.

Do not use this company trying to charge me for 3months extra even after cancelling trying to make new company takeover difficult.stay away use anyone else for stress free phone services 1 day after cancellation and telephone equipment is ripped out and you are still wanting to charge for no service this is unreal for a telephones company letter for termination of services but still eant to charge for 3 months...

Mr alfie eckle geeen and his accounts team worser than ADT.
This company will want to charge for anything they can even if you don't want there services which is shocking good riddance and hope everyone of your existing g customers open eyes and leave for a more professional systems provider

We have been working with Green Telecom more than a year. During this pandemic period, their customer service and telephone system made our lives much more simpler and easier. I am so glad that this was implemented for our business. I would highly recomment this company. Special big thanks to Alan Stewart and whole team. Excellent customer service and telephone service.

We have been using Green Telecom for almost 10 years and are very happy with their service. Recently we had some cat5 and fibre cabling carried out by them and their engineers Alan and Aneel did an excellent job. They worked hard to get the job done in the required timescale and to a very high standard.

Green Telecom are a dishonourable company, who only care about what they can sell you. Not if what they sell is right for you, works for you or keeps working. I do not recommend, there are plenty of other IT companies in Bucks/Berks who whilst profit driven also care about providing a great service.

We have been with Green Telecom several years now and found them to be very professional, responsive and not had any real issues. Marlon was fantastic when helping us get the right deal and Aneel the engineer was very professional and took the time to help every employee with the new VOIP system.
