Brilliant!! You guys rock. My laptop had been previously repaired but returned half completed and with some nuts missing. Not only have you rectified the mess, you have also replaced the broken parts, and like that mum and daughter's ipad, my laptop is now like new and I have fallen in love with it again. The collection and drop off of item was seamless while I was constantly being updated. Thoroughly recommended.

My 3 year old daughters iPad was in need of a repair we sent it back and it was due back with us the day she was due to be admitted into great Ormond street hospital, we explained our circumstances and our iPad was back with us in time for her stay, very grateful and absolutely outstanding customer service. She is doing well and so happy she had her iPad to make it that little bit easier for her. Thank you very much love lilah-rose and mummy.

Greenbridge were allocated the work to repair my I Pad by Domestic and General Insurance. They arrange courier collection , advised me that it had arrived and gave a specified time period for its return.
My i pad was returned well with the time period fully working with and explanation that it required a repalcement motherboard.
All the way through i was fully informed of its progress and it was first class service throughout.

Sent my Chromebook for repair and it is fully fixed now. However this was the second attempt as the first time it was only partially fixed. The service on the whole was good re pick up and drop off and protective packaging was very good.

I have previously utilized the service with exceptional results. Regrettably, I now find it necessary to engage an engineer for the rectification of an issue with the installation of the replacement LCD screen on my MacBook Pro. The screen is not securely attached and is tilting forward, thereby exposing the internal lights.

We sent our laptop for repair, through Domestic and General, were well instructed to what to happen next. At the start, it involved quite a bit of waiting due to ordering parts, then we were advised that due to the time to get the parts, we were offered a replacement instead. Did not expect that so was really pleased! We felt that they liaised well with the Domestic & General. Tel worked well, didn't have to be stuck in the queue for ages like with some organisations. Replacement received with Royal Mail, packaging was really sturdy. Customer service was good. So I rang up to thank the team.
