Brilliant company, very knowledgable and expert installation of solar, battery and heat pump, which has bought my utility bills to almost nothing. I’ve not come across another company who are able to do the whole package and advise fully on all options as well as carry everything out in-house. Highly recommend!

Shocking customer service installed air source pump , charged for a 50 ltr buffer tank and didn’t install it ! Disgusting ! Wouldn’t answer emails , ignored text messages plus phone calls ,wouldn’t come back to commission system, made excuses why , missed off venting points , fitted two way valve the wrong way blamed other contractors for it not performing properly rather than admit it was their mistake, and charged me for the privilege. Out of their depth ! Advertised they were mcs accredited, they aren’t , nappit couldn’t comment again issues
Daikin have been to rectify and picked there work to pieces ,said I need the buffer tank (I paid for ) another expense , overall a distressing situation caused by cowboys also trading under sparkies electrical name Not recommended!
