Clearly PR has long been committed to curbing its emissions. Although the business has made significant strides in reducing its impact on the environment through the implementation of a range of initiatives, we recognised that more could and should be done.

The challenge for us was in identifying how this can be achieved. We brought Simon and the Greener Energy Futures team onboard to help us to see what areas of our existing operations we might need to rethink in terms of their necessity and associated emissions.

The Greener Energy Futures team conducted a thorough audit of the business's activities and the results then informed a programme of adjustment and change that has already seen the business reduce its carbon output and put us on the road to being a carbon neutral business. This would not have been achievable had it not been for the positive and enthusiastic intervention, guidance and support of Simon and his team.

We are thrilled at the outcome and see this as an essential step forward to being a better and more responsible business.
