Wow What a professional team. Very close to cold period. We asked for a quote to fix a new boiler. Within 24 hours Mandy sent an engineer followed by details of what they would do to fix the new boiler.
System clean was done very well with no mess and professionally.
The engineer who fitted the new boiler was very knowledgeable and professional.
Highly recommend the team.

We used them for few years and they were always very responsive and very friendly, especially the engineers.

Though, their prices were very high and we didn't always get the best advice and most viable repair option.

We ended up spending two thousands or more on spare parts and repairs with the promise that the boiler will last for many years to come, no need for replacement.

The hassle continued and after two or three years, and after so much inconvenience and money spent, we were told we must now replace the entire bolier and they quoted us £4,500 for replacement. We found another company and did the entire replacement for £2,000, something we could have done many years before avoiding all the hassle and waste of time and money if they just gave us the right advice at the time.

Very grateful to Greenheat for sorting out our boiler issue.

They are busy but worth the wait if you need a professional for a Keston Boiler. Mandy did an amazing job at getting us in the diary as soon as possible and arranging the necessary follow up visits to get us fixed as quickly as they could. James was very efficient, confidently diagnosed and resolved the problem. Thank you!

I've now used Greenheat twice to deal with my Keston boiler. In both cases they have sent an engineer within 1-2 days of my call, job done efficiently and quickly both times. Cannot recommend more highly.

I have a c40 and earlier this week the fan stopped working, i called green heat out and an engineer came out the same day. Very polite and efficient service and good value for money. my boiler was fixed and running in good time which was great as i have three small kids. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Greenheat responded very quickly to my Keston breakdown and had it repaired and running with new parts by the time they left. They were by no means the cheapest but they got the job done efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. Mandy who handled the booking was polite and very helpful! Could not recommend their services more!

I had my failing Bosch Worcester boiler replaced with a Keston boiler by this company earlier this year. They did an excellent job, had a very pleasant engineer who was very knowledgeable and obviously very experienced. Job was done with the minimum of disruption, completed on time and at a very competitive price. Would certainly recommend
