Absolutely brilliant shop, staff so helpful and knowledgeable. Recently went in with a pump and fountain we couldn’t make work, 10 minutes in the hands of the lovely man in the shop on Sunday and works perfectly. I was ready to throw it away, can’t praise the service enough. Highly recommend and also got a couple of pond plants, nice and healthy, looking good.

I went today as a very green novice on putting a little pond in my garden. I met John who was so helpful kind and informative. explaining what i needed and not trying sell me items i did not need. I will definitely be recommending this place for all your needs.

Another great little place to visit if your passing. Got a lot of different bits for all your needs, food, filters, nets, medications and always to hand to help. Very helpful and I've been using this place for many years now. Can even order things in quite fast if you needed something that wasn't in stock.

My daughter and I bought our Christmas trees from them again this year. I have purchased from them for at least the past 8 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The trees are excellent quality and last well . The staff are really helpful too, opening the netting on the trees to see what one you like the look of. They then net them up again to make the journey home easier.

Limited stock of pond fish and plants, however inside the shop is like a maze. Lots of supplies of general pond/aquarium maintenance items, pet food, water features, pumps, there are some cold water and tropical fishes too. Where I would give a 5 star rating is on service. Ask for help or advise and you will get excellent service.
