Chris has been our technician and we really appreciate him. He’s done an excellent job. He’s very friendly and definitely knows what he’s doing and has given us good advice what to do and not to do we would like to thank him. And our dog Milo loved him

The employees came to do services; but it seems not effective. This morning; the employee came to spray in my house for the 90 days treatment of the roaches. I had to move everything from my cabinet so that the employee can spray better to kill the roaches. I waited to see the result tonight in hoping that it might be no more roaches after the spray in the morning. To my surprise; I still see roaches running around as usual in my kitchen as I turn on the light. I wish I can cancel my monthly fee; but I cannot due to very expensive cancellation fee.

Exceptional next day service! I highly recommend this company. For the last 4 years I have been at war with sugar ants and rats … ugh. Hayden, the technician, took time to explain the products and did a thorough job applying. I have a lot of animals here and was worried about toxic products and pets. Not worried after him educating me on how they work. I can honestly say he was the MOST professional and positive energy person who has ever helped me! Thank you Hayden. I will do another review in a month or 2 to let everyone know how effective their products are.

The best pest control service I’ve ever had. Excellent customer support through text, email, phone call- whichever is easiest for the individual, I appreciate that. The technician went above and beyond my expectations: he took my wind chimes down and hung them back up - that’s great client care!

Absolutely outstanding service by the Greenix team! I called yesterday because of pests and a giant hornets nest and Hunter on the phone was very thorough, and made sure he got us on the schedule for today! Our tech Michael was fantastic and got rid of our nest and treated our whole home. We are beyond impressed, and so happy we chose to work with them!

I have to say for signing up with a door to door sales person, I am actually glad I did. It seems like every time I think “I don’t need this anymore,” we have an ant, wasp, or spider issue. I have used them outside of the regular services many times and they are always very nice on the phone and usually can be out within the week. I called for a wasp problem and had someone out in two days. He seemed in a bit of a hurry and only got one wasp nest and left (even though I had mentioned several problem areas on the phone and text). I was bothered as the wasps were acting aggressively and our family kept being stung. I called a couple hours later after I’d realized and requested a tech come out and get the other meats. They scheduled someone next day and he was amazing. Mark was super friendly, acted like we’d been friends for years when he called to say he was on his way, and found 25 nests!! AFTER another tech had been there the day prior. I might have been annoyed, but I felt like they turned the situation around the way companies should. Thanks Mark!

Parker was a great tech and explained his work and what he accomplished on his first time. He did a complete coverage on our home and lot and arrived on time.
Weeks later: it is so nice to not have wasps and other unwanted bugs on our patio and along the fence. I also have noticed that I rarely have any flies inside the house. If I do see any insects and such, I can call Greenix and they will come anytime.
