We have just undergone an EPC assessment using Greenlane Energy and it was an amazingly positive experience. Amazing because it was in complete contrast to another company we used to begin with. Where this other company sent an unqualified person on site to just take photos and spend no more that 20 minutes having a cursory look on the basis of which someone else did the assessment ’back in the office’ Sam from Greenlane Energy spent over 3 hours at our house and put considerable effort and energy into a proper, thorough and professional job. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, obviously knew what he was doing and he went out of his way to explain everything to us and help us understand the challenges when assessing a Grade 11 listed house. A 5 star service in every respect.
